The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby informs that on 6 March 2014 the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the appointment of a new member of the Audit Committee. Under the resolution, executing the obligation referred to in art. 86 paragraph. 1 and 4 of the Act of 7 May 2009 on auditors and their government, entities authorized to audit financial statements and public supervision, and due to the resignation of Mr Piotr Wojciechowski with effect from 31.12.2013 from a member of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee, the Supervisory Board appointed from among its members, a new member of the Audit Committee to be Mr Jan Szmidt.
The rest of the Audit Committee established by resolution of the Supervisory Board No 1/07/2011 dated 27 July 2011 remains unchanged.
