Dates of publishing periodic reports of TOYA S.A. in the fiscal year 2019

The Management Board of TOYA S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) publicises the dates of publishing periodic reports in the fiscal year 2019:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- The consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for the I quarter of 2019 – 9 May, 2019.
- The consolidated quarterly report of the TOYA S.A. Group for the III quarter of 2019 – 7 November, 2019.
2. The consolidated half-year report of the TOYA S.A. Group for the I half-year of 2019 – 28 August, 2019.
3. The consolidated annual report of the TOYA S.A. Group and the separate annual report of TOYA S.A. for the year 2018 – 28 March, 2019.
The Issuer informs that pursuant to § 62, section 1 and 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March, 2018 in the matter of current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and conditions for deeming information required by provisions of a country not being a member country as equivalent (Journal of Laws, item 757). (“Ordinance”), the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports and a separate half-year report. The consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-year report of the TOYA S.A. Group will contain quarterly financial information and a condensed half-year financial statement accordingly together with a report by an audit company on the review or a report on the auditing of that statement.
Further, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2018 and the second quarter of 2019 in accordance with regulation under § 79, section 2 of the Ordinance.
All the periodic reports will be put on the Issuer’s website, in the Relacje Inwestorskie/ Raporty Okresowe bookmark.

Legal basis: § 80, section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March, 2018 in the matter of current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and conditions for deeming information required by provisions of countries not being member countries as equivalent (Journal of Laws, item 757).
