The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby announces the dates of publishing periodic reports in the fiscal year 2018:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for the I quarter of 2018 – 10 May, 2018
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for the III quarter of 2018 – 8 November, 2018
2. Consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group for the I half-year of 2018 – 23 August, 2018
3. Consolidated annual report of TOYA S.A. Group and the statutory annual report of TOYA S.A. for the year 2017 – 15 March, 2018
The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby informs that pursuant to § 83, section 1 and 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February, 2009 in the matter of current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and conditions for deeming information required by provisions of countries not being member countries as equivalent (“Ordinance”), the Company shall not publish separate statutory quarterly reports and a statutory half-year report. The consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group shall contain quarterly financial information and a condensed half-year financial statement accordingly.
Further, the Company shall not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2017 and the second quarter of 2018 in accordance with regulation of § 101, section 2 of the Ordinance.
All the periodic reports will be put on the Company’s website, in the Investor Relations/ Periodic Reports bookmark.
