The Board of TOYA S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 20 June 2017 the Company received from the Shareholder of the Company Jan Szmidt, a revised CV attached to the current report no 25/2017 dated 16 June 2017 regarding the notification by the aforementioned Shareholder of its person as a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of TOYA SA.
The above announcement was made in connection with the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 29 June 2017, which was notified by the Company on 1 June 2017.
