Correction of the obvious writing mistake in the current report 19/2017 of 29 May 29 2017 on the assessment of the proposal of the Management Board of TOYA S.A., concerning the distribution of profit disclosed in the financial statements for the financial year 2016

In reference to the current report no 19/2017 of 29 May 2017, TOYA S.A. corrects the obvious mistake contained in the first sentence of the report, which consisted of the wrong indication of the date of the Supervisory Board’s recommendation for the distribution of the Company’s profit for the financial year 2016:

TOYA S.A. (the Company) in Wrocław informs that on 29 May 2016, the Supervisory Board of the Company passed a resolution of 29 May 2017 No. 5/RN/2017 positively assessed the recommendation of the Management Board regarding the distribution of the Company’s profit for the financial year 2016, about which the Company informed in current report no. 18/2017 dated 22 May 2017.

Should be:
TOYA S.A. (the Company) in Wrocław informs that on 29 May 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company passed a resolution of 29 May 2017 No. 5/RN/2017 positively assessed the recommendation of the Management Board regarding the distribution of the Company’s profit for the financial year 2016, about which the Company informed in current report no. 18/2017 dated 22 May 2017.

Hereby TOYA S.A. Corrects an obvious mistake in the abovementioned scope.

Remaining content of report 19/2017 of 29 May 2017 on the evaluation of the proposal of the Management Board of TOYA S.A. regarding the distribution of profit disclosed in the financial statements for the financial year 2016 did not change.

Legal basis: § 6 paragraph 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state (i.e., Dz. U. of 2014 Pos. 133).
