Correction of the consolidated interim report of the TOYA S.A. Capital Group for the I quarter of 2019

The Management Board of TOYA S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that there were errors requiring the following corrections in the consolidated quarterly report of the TOYA S.A. Capital Group for the I quarter of 2019, published on 9 May 2019:
1. In the condensed consolidated financial statement for the I quarter of 2019 of the TOYA S.A. Capital Group.
a). Note 19: Costs by nature and cost of the goods sold
The change concerns the value of items of specific employee benefits costs for the 3 months ended on 31 March, 2019 and depreciation, employee benefits costs and impairment losses on receivables included in sales and administration costs in the comparative period, for the 3 months ended on 31 March, 2018.
b). Note 22: Transactions with associated entities
The change concerns the amount of remuneration for work for key managerial staff in the comparative period, i.e. for the 3 months ended 31 March, 2018.
2. In the condensed financial statement for the I quarter of 2019 of TOYA S.A.

The change concerns the amount of remuneration for work for key managerial staff in the comparative period, i.e. for the 3 months ended 31 March, 2018.
The corrected data can be found in the attachment to this report.
The Issuer informs that the correction does not affect the consolidated statement of total income, the consolidated statement of financial position, the consolidated statement of changes in equity and the consolidated statement of cash flows.
The Issuer will make the corrected consolidated quarterly report of the TOYA S.A. Capital Group for the I quarter of 2019 publicly available through the ESPI system.

The report was prepared on the basis of art. 56, section 1, item 2 of the Act of 29 July, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623).
