The Management Board of TOYA S.A. informs that the consolidated quarterly report of the Group TOYA S.A. for the third quarter of 2016 years published on 3 November 2016 there was an error in Note 16 of Part C of the report involving table of the transactions with related parties being repeated from the note 19 of Part A, ie. on transactions from the point of view of the Group, and not the company TOYA S.A.
The revised figures are given in Annex to this report.
Presented adjustments have no impact on net profit and total assets and liabilities of both the consolidated financial statements of the group TOYA S.A. and the standalone report of TOYA S.A.
