In reference to current report No. 37/2016 dated 30 June 2017 TOYA S.A. corrects the obvious writing mistake as follows a result of a typing error during the text editing appeared an error in the report number of April 28, 2017

Should be:
The Management Board of TOYA S.A. due to an omission by the notary of the resolution appointing Mr Piotr Mondalski as a member of the Supervisory Board, enclosed with this report, reissues the full text of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TOYA S.A. which was held on 29 June 2017.
Hereby TOYA S.A. corrects an obvious error in the above-mentioned scope.
Remaining content of report 37/2017 dated 30 June 2017 and the attachment are unchanged.
