Following the current report no 2/2014 dated 15 January 2014 the Management Board of TOYA S.A. rectifies obvious error contained in the first sentence involving incorrect date (year) of receipt of the notice by the Board from a Member of the Supervisory Board of the transaction on the shares of the Company.

The Management Board of Toya S.A. seated in Wrocław (“Company”) hereby announces that on 15 January 2013 it has received a notification, pursuant to Article 160 of the on Trading in Financial Instruments from the member of the Supervisory Board about transactions on the Company shares in the amount not exceeding EUR 5000 in 2013.
Correct wording:
The Management Board of Toya S.A. seated in Wrocław (“Company”) hereby announces that on 15 January 2014 it has received a notification, pursuant to Article 160 of the on Trading in Financial Instruments from the member of the Supervisory Board about transactions on the Company shares in the amount not exceeding EUR 5000 in 2013.
