TOYA S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 19 September 2017 it has entered into a Credit Facility Agreement in current account No. K00856/17with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław in the amount of PLN 25 000 000 with the repayment date until 18 September 2018. The agreement will be launched after the obligation is extinguished in accordance with the Multi-Purpose Credit Facility Agreement No. WAR/4060/12/102/CB with BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, in the amount of PLN 30 000 000 with maturity date of 19 September 2017 (of which the Issuer has informed the current report no. 23/2012 dated 27 September 2012) and after successful establishment of collateral. Mortgage security is a mortgage on real estate in Wroclaw at Soltysowicka 39 with the transfer of rights under the property insurance policy, registered pledge on stocks located in the warehouse in Młochów at Al. Kasztanowa 160 with the transfer of rights from movables under the insurance policy mentioned above and transfer of trade receivables from the sale of goods from domestic customers.
The terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of contract.
As compared to the loan repaid in Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. the Company will achieve lower financing costs. Funds raised as a result of the Agreement will be used for current financing of the Issuer’s activities.
