The Management Board of TOYA S.A. seated in Wroclaw (issuer) hereby informs that on 17 June 2014 it has received information on the signing by the other Party, that is the Brokerage House BDM SA with its registered seat in Bielsko-Biała (hereinafter DM BDM) the agreement, which is subject to the exercise by DM BDM Animator functions of the Issuer on the WSE for the rights to shares and bearer shares of the Issuer, admitted to public stock trading, according to the applicable law, and the regulations of the WSE and other regulations issued by the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the competent authorities of the WSE and National Deposit of Securities (KDPW). The parties agreed in the Agreement, that it enters into force on 20.06.2014
Since 21.12.2011, the function was also performs Brokerage House of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.
