TOYA S.A. (hereinafter: “Issuer”) informs that on September 14, 2020 concluded a non-renewable loan agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the “Agreement”) about which the Issuer informed in the report No. 39/2020 of September 8, 2020.
