The Management Board of TOYA S.A., with reference to current report no 04/2013 dated 23 January 2013 hereby informs about the change of the publication date of the consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group for 3rd quarter 2013, from 13 November 2013 to 6 November 2013.
Legal basis: § 103 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member.
