The Management Board of TOYA SA with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), with regard to the current report no. 7/2020 of 19 February 2020 including the notice on holding the Extraordinary General Meeting as at 17 March 2020, hereby notifies that due to the request to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting of “TOYA” S.A. held as at 17 March 2020 submitted to the Company on 16 March 2020 by the Shareholder at the request of whom the General Meeting was held and under the recommendation of the Supervisory Board of 16 March 2020 to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting of “TOYA” S.A., the Management Board of the Company hereby cancels the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held as at 17 March 2020.
