TOYA S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, (the “Issuer”) announces that on 27 January 2022 the Supervisory Board of TOYA S.A. appointed Mr Robert Borys as the Vice President of the Management Board for the current 3-year term of office starting in 2020.
In accordance with the statement submitted by the appointed Member of the Management Board of the Issuer, he does not run any competitive activity to the Company and does not participate in any competitive company or partnership as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, company or as a member of a body of any competitive legal entity and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
The education, qualifications and previous positions held, along with a description of his professional career in the form of a curriculum vitae submitted to the Issuer by the aforementioned Member of the Management Board, is published by the Issuer in the appendix to this report.
