TOYA S.A. in Wrocław (the “Issuer”) informs that on August 31, 2020, the Annual General Meeting of TOYA S.A. Shareholders appointed members of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board for a new term of office, composed of:
1. Mrs Beata Szmidt
2. Mr Jan Szmidt
3. Mr Piotr Mondalski
4. Mr Dariusz Górka
5. Mr Michał Kobus
6. Mr Grzegorz Maciąg
7. Mr Wojciech Papierak
In addition, the following gentlemen: Piotr Mondalski, Dariusz Górka, Grzegorz Maciąg, Michał Kobus, Wojciech Papierak meet the criteria that should be met by independent members of the Supervisory Board.
In accordance with the declarations made by the appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, they do not conduct any activity competitive to the Issuer, nor do they participate in a competitive company as partners of a civil partnership, partnership or as members of a competitive capital company body or members of a body of any competitive legal person, as well as are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register.
The education, qualifications and previously held positions, along with a description of the professional work in the form of CVs submitted to the Issuer by the above-mentioned Members of the Supervisory Board, are published by the Issuer in an appendix to this report.
