TOYA S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (“Issuer”) informs that on September 8, 2020, the Supervisory Board of TOYA S.A. appointed Members of the Issuer’s Management Board for a new term of office, composed of:
1. Mr. Grzegorz Pinkosz – President of the Management Board
2. Mr. Maciej Lubnauer – Vice President of the Management Board
According to the declarations made by the appointed members of the Issuer’s Management Board, they do not conduct any competitive activity against the Company, and do not participate in a competitive company as partners of a civil partnership, partnership, capital company or as members of a body of any competitive legal person, and are not entered into Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register.
The education, qualifications and previously held positions, along with a description of the professional work in the form of CVs provided to the Issuer by the above-mentioned Management Board Members, are published by the Issuer in an appendix to this report.
