TOYA S.A. in Wrocław (the “Issuer”) announces that on 26 June 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TOYA S.A. appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer for a new term of office, comprising:

In addition, Messrs: Zenon Beker and Wojciech Papierak meet the criteria to be fulfilled by independent Members of the Supervisory Board.
In accordance with the declarations submitted by the appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, they are not engaged in any activities competitive to the Issuer, nor do they participate in a competitive company as partners in a civil law partnership, partnership or as members of the governing bodies in any other competitive capital company or in any other competitive legal person, and has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997.
The education, qualifications and previous positions held, together with a description of the course of professional work in the form of CVs submitted to the Issuer by the aforementioned Members of the Supervisory Board, are published by the Issuer in an annex to this report.
