The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby informs that on 27 June 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. o.o. with registered office at Al. Armii Ludowej 14, 00-638 Warsaw, entered under number 144 in the list of auditors qualified to audit financial statements, as Auditor of the Company authorized to audit consolidated and standalone financial statements for year 2012 and to review consolidated and stand-alone financial statements for the first half of 2012.
TOYA S.A. has previously used the following services of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. :
- the audit of standalone and consolidated financial statements for years 2010 and 2011 as well as the review of standalone and consolidated financial statement for first half of 2011
- the audit of standalone consolidated financial statements for three years ended 31 December 2010 and consolidated financial statement for 9 months period of 2010, included in the IPO prospectus,
- the review of consolidated financial statement for first quarter of 2011,
- attesting service relating to the pro forma financial statements included in the IPO prospectus
- advisory services relating to the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards
- services relating to preparation of prospectus for the purpose of public offer of TOYA S.A. shares and application for admission to trade at the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange .
The appointment of the auditor has been performed in accordance with legal regulations and professional standards.
The contract will be signed for the period enabling to provide the agreed services.
