The Management Board of Toya S.A. hereby announces that on 13 December 2017 TOYA S.A. concluded with Bank Handlowy S.A. in Warsaw an annex to the Overdraft facility agreement No. BDK/KR-RB/000054601/0641/10 (“Agreement”) referred to in the point 25.1.4 of the Prospectus.
Based on the abovementioned annex:
a) current amount of available credit was increased from PLN 25 000 000 to PLN 30 000 000,
b) the date of final repayment of the loan was fixed on 14 December 2018,
c) as compared to the previous wording of the agreement, the cost of loan has been decreased.
Other terms and conditions are unchanged and similar to those commonly used for this type of agreement.

U. EU. L. 2014. No. 173, p. 1, as amended).
