The Management Board of Toya S.A. hereby announces that on 16 December 2016 TOYA S.A. concluded with Bank Handlowy S.A. in Warsaw an annex to the Overdraft facility agreement No. BDK/KR-RB/000054601/0641/10 of referred to in the point 25.1.4 of the Prospectus.
On the basis of the annex agreement was extended until 15 December 2017.
As compared to the previous wording of the agreement, the cost of credit has been increased.
Other terms and conditions are unchanged and similar to those commonly used for this type of agreement.
