The Management Board of Toya S.A. hereby announces that on 8 September 2016 the Company has signed with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. seated in Warsaw an annex to Multipurpose debt limit facility agreement no WAR/4060/12/102/CB, referred to in the current report no 23/2012 dated 27 September 2012 and later reports no 28/2013 dated 18 September 2013, 41/2014 dated 15 September 2014 and 25/2015 dated 15 September 2015.
Based on the annex the agreement has been prolonged up to 19 September 2017.
Other terms and conditions are unchanged and do not differ from to those commonly used for this type of agreement
