TOYA S.A. Management Board informs that on September 24, 2020. TOYA S.A. concluded with mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Annex No. 2 to the Overdraft Agreement No. 09/030/19/Z/VV (hereinafter: the “Agreement”), referred to in the Current Report No. 3/2019 of March 4, 2019.
Pursuant to the said annex, the final loan repayment date was set for September 30, 2021.
The remaining terms of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in this type of agreement.
