The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby informs that on December 17, 2021 TOYA S.A. concluded with Bank Handlowy S.A. with its registered seat in Warszawa the annex no. 18 to the Loan Credit for the Current Account no. BDK/KR-RB/000054601/0641/10 (hereinafter referred to as: ”Contract”), specified in the Prospectus, art. 25.1.4.
On the basis of the said annex the date of final loan payment shall be December 16, 2022.
The other Contract terms and conditions shall not differ from terms and conditions commonly applied for this type of contracts.
