The Management Board of TOYA S.A. informs that on 6 February 2020 TOYA S.A. concluded with mBank S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, the annex no. 1 to the Credit Agreement on the Checking Account no. 09/030/19/Z/VV (hereinafter referred to as: “the Agreement”) referred to in the Current report no. 3/2019 of 4 March 2019.
Under this Annex, the credit final repayment date was determined on 30 September 2020.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement are unchanged and do not deviate from terms and conditions commonly applicable for this type of agreements.
Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ L of 2014 no. 173, page 1, as amended).
