The Management Board of TOYA S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 22 February, 2018 the Issuer concluded an annex to the Debt Limit Agreement no. CRD/L/11381/02 of 2 October, 2002 (hereinafter the “Agreement”) with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., which agreement is referred to in the Prospectus in item 25.1.3.
Under the annex in question:
a) the final loan repayment date was set for 8 March, 2019
b) a decrease in the loan costs took place with respect to the current terms and conditions of the agreement.
The other terms and conditions of the Agreement remained intact and do not deviate from the generally applicable terms and conditions with respect to this type of agreements.
