The Management Board of TOYA S.A. notifies that on 17 September 2019 it concluded with Santander Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Jana Pawła II 17 (hereinafter referred to as: the Bank) the Annex to the Credit agreement on the checking account no. K00856/17 (hereinafter referred to as: “the Agreement”), referred to in the Current report no. 43/2017 of 19 September 2017.
Under this Annex the final loan repayment date was determined as at 19 September 2020.
Pursuant to the Annex the collateral includes:
a) contractual mortgage to the amount of PLN 37,500,000.00 established on the real property in Wrocław at ul. Sołtysowicka 39,
b) transfer of debt claims for the benefit of the Bank under insurance agreement of buildings/structures within the real property in Wrocław at ul. Sołtysowicka 39,
c) declaration of submission to execution submitted under Art. 777 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure
Taking into account the current terms and conditions of the Agreement, the increase of credit costs based on change of interest rate occurred which does not deviate from commonly applicable market standards.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement remained without significant changes and do not deviate from terms and conditions commonly applicable for this type of agreements.
