TOYA S.A. hereby announces that on 12 April 2022, it concluded annex no. 4 to Overdraft Agreement no. 09/030/19/Z/VV (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) with mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. TOYA S.A. informed about the conclusion of the Agreement in Current Report no. 3/2019 of 4 March 2019.
Pursuant to this annex, the amount of credit to be used increased to PLN 60,000,000 (sixty million 00/100 Zloty).
The remaining terms of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.

L. of 2014 no. 173, page 1, as amended).
