The Management Board of TOYA S.A. announces that on 11 December 2020 TOYA S.A. and Bank Handlowy S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw concluded annex no. 17 to the Overdraft Agreement no. BDK/KR-RB/000054601/0641/10 (hereinafter referred to as: the “Agreement”) hereinafter referred to in point 25.1.4 of the Prospectus.
Pursuant to this annex, the credit final repayment date is 17 December 2021.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly applicable with regard to this type of agreements.
Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ L of 2014 no. 173, page 1, as amended).
