The Management Board of TOYA S.A. notifies that on 10 December 2019 TOYA S.A. concluded with Bank Handlowy S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw the annex no. 16 to the Credit Agreement on the Checking Account no. BDK/KR-RB/000054601/0641/10 (hereinafter referred to as: the „Agreement”), referred to in the Prospectus in point 25.1.4.
Under this Annex, the final loan repayment date was determined as at 11 December 2020.
Pursuant to the Annex the collateral includes:
a) Capped mortgage to the amount of PLN 15 000 000 established on the real property in Wrocław at ul. Sołtysowicka 13-15 with assignment of rights from insurance agreement,
b) Assignment of debt claims on commercial claims from foreign and national recipients pursuant to the Assignment of Debt Claim Agreement no. BDK/CWBP/000054601/0025/18 of 14 December 2018 and the Assignment of Debt Claim Agreement no. BDK/CWP/000054601/0129/10 of 22 December 2010.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement remained without significant changes and do not deviate from terms and conditions commonly applicable for this type of agreements.
