The Management Board of Toya S.A. hereby announces that on 24 February 2014 the Company has signed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in Warsaw an annex no 21 to Debt limit facility agreement dated 2 October 2002 referred to in point 25.1.3 of Prospectus.
Based on the annex, the agreement has been prolonged until 5 March 2015.
As compared to the previous wording of the agreement, the credit margin has been decreased.
Other terms and conditions are similar to those commonly used for this type of agreement.
The criteria for designating this as a significant agreement is that the value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the amount of equity of Toya S.A.
Legal basis: §5 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
