The Management Board of Toya S.A. hereby announces that on 19 February 2015 the Company has signed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in Warsaw an annex to Debt limit facility agreement dated 2 October 2002 referred to in point 25.1.3 of Prospectus.
Based on the annex, the agreement has been prolonged until 7 March 2016.
The criteria for designating this as a significant agreement is that the value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the amount of equity of Toya S.A. Other terms and conditions were not changed and are similar to those commonly used for this type of agreement.
Legal basis: §5 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
