The Management Board of Toya S.A. hereby announces that on 15 September 2015 the Company has signed with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. seated in Warsaw an annex to Multipurpose debt limit facility agreement no WAR/4060/12/102/CB, referred to in the current report no 23/2012 dated 27 September 2012. Based on the annex the agreement has been prolonged up to 19 September 2016.
Other terms and conditions are unchanged and are similar to those commonly used for this type of agreement
