The Management Board of Toya S.A. in relation to the current report no 8/2016 dated 3 March 2016 hereby announces that on 18 June 2016 the Company has signed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in Warsaw an annex to Debt limit facility agreement dated
2 October 2002 referred to in point 25.1.3 of Prospectus.
Pursuant to the annex increased available credit limit granted to finance the current operations of the Issuer, to an amount not exceeding PLN 25.000.000.
Other conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement.
