With reference to current report no 21/2014 dated 26 June 2014 the Management Board of TOYA S.A. , acting in accordance with §6 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation on current information”) hereby informs that in the attachment to the current report no 21/2014 mistakenly omitted the results of the vote on Resolution No 7 on the distribution of profits and payment of dividends for the financial year 2013. Therefore the management Board of the Issuer attaches the correct content of the attachment with the results of the vote of all resolutions.
