The Management Board of TOYA S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs that on 4 November 2014 it has received the Resolution no. 1241/2014 dated 4 November 2014 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in which the Management Board:
- stated that, in accordance with § 19 section 1 of the Stock Regulations it admitted to trade at the parallel market of the stock exchange 2.330.000 (two millions three hundred thirty) of the Company’s ordinary bearer H series shares with par value of 0.10 PLN each.
- pursuant to § 38 paragraph 1 and 3 of the Rules of the Stock Exchange, decided to introduce the Company’s shares referred to in the 1st clause to the Rules of Stock Exchange at the parallel market as of 6 November 2014 in regular procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities registers shares on 6 November 2014 and assigns to them the code „PLTOYA000011”.

The report has been prepared on the basis of § 34 sec. 1 point 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
