The Management Board of TOYA S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the basis of the Resolution no. 725/2014 dated 24 June 2014:
- Admitted to trade at the parallel market of the stock exchange 133 835 (one hundred thirty three thousand eight hundred thirty five) of the Company’s ordinary bearer G series shares with par value of 0.10 PLN each.
- Decided to introduce the Company’s shares referred to in the 1st clause to the Stock Exchange trade at the parallel market as of 27 June 2014 in regular procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities registers shares on 27 June 2014 and assigns to them the code „PLTOYA000011”.
Persons entitled to subscribe series G shares were only the Supervisory Board Members or entities designated by them.
