Admission and introduction to the trade at the main market on WSE ordinary bearer F series shares

The Management Board of TOYA S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs that on 15 May 2013 Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the basis of the Resolution no. 516/2013:

1. Admitted to trade at the parallel market of the stock exchange 188 786 (one hundred  eighty-eight thousand seven hundred eighty six) of the Company’s ordinary bearer F series shares with par value of 0.10 PLN each.
2. Decided to introduce the Company’s shares referred to in the 1st clause to the Stock Exchange trade at the parallel market as of 21 May 2013 in regular procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities registers shares on 21 May 2013  and assigns to them the code „PLTOYA000011”.

Persons entitled to subscribe series F shares were only the Supervisory Board  Members or entities designated by them.

§ 34 sec. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state
