Admission and introduction to the trade at the main market on WSE ordinary bearer E series shares

The Management Board of TOYA S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs that on 12 June 2012 Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the basis of the Resolution no. 545/2012:

1. Admitted to trade at the parallel market of the stock exchange 187 842 (one hundred  eighty-seven thousand eight hundred forty -two) of the Company’s ordinary bearer E series shares with par value of 0.10 PLN each
2. Decided to introduce the Company’s shares referred to in the 1st clause to the Stock Exchange trade at the parallel market as of 14 June 2012 in regular procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities registers shares on 14 June 2012 and assigns to them the code „PLTOYA000011”.

Persons entitled to subscribe series E shares were only the Supervisory Board  Members or entities designated by them.
