Admission and introduction to the trade at the main market on WSE ordinary bearer D series shares

The Management Board of TOYA S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs that on 23  October 2014 it has received the Resolution no. 1188/2014 dated 23 October 2014 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in which the Management Board:

1. stated that, in accordance with § 19 section 1 of the Stock Regulations it admitted to trade at the parallel market of the stock exchange 280 734 (two hundred eighty thousands seven hundred thirty four) of the Company’s ordinary bearer D series shares with par value of 0.10 PLN each.
2. Decided to introduce the Company’s shares referred to in the 1st clause to the Stock Exchange trade at the parallel market as of 27 November 2014 in regular procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities registers shares on 27 October 2014  and assigns to them the code „PLTOYA000011”.

The report has been prepared on the basis of § 34 sec. 1.2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
