The Management Board of TOYA S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs that on 1 July 2015 it has received the Resolution no. 625/2015 dated 1 July 2015 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in which the Management Board:
- stated that, in accordance with § 19 section 1 of the Stock Regulations it admitted to trade at the parallel market of the stock exchange 183 897 (one hundred eighty three thousands eight hundred ninety seven) of the Company’s ordinary bearer D series shares with par value of 0.10 PLN each.
- Decided to introduce the Company’s shares referred to in the 1st clause to the Stock Exchange trade at the parallel market as of 3 July 2015 in regular procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities registers shares on 3 July 2015 and assigns to them the code „PLTOYA000011”.

The report has been prepared on the basis of § 34 section 1 point 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
