The Management Board of TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that a technical error occurred in Section C of the consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Capital Group for Q1 2021 published on 7 May 2021, i.e. in interim condensed standalone financial statements of TOYA S.A. The items of the standalone cash flow statement in the scope of comparable data in the part concerning financial activities for Q1 2020 are the subject of adjustment. The data for Q1 2021 remain unchanged. The adjusted data are presented in the appendix to this report.
The Issuer announces that the adjustment made has no impact on the other information and financial data included in the consolidated interim report for Q1 2021.
The Issuer will resubmit the adjusted consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Capital Group for Q1 2021 to the public via ESPI system.
The report was drawn up pursuant to: Art.56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623).
