The Management Board of TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that a technical error occurred in the Consolidated Quarterly Report of TOYA S.A. Group for 1Q 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Statement”) published on 11 May 2022, resulting in the publication of the Statement with one signature of a member of the Management Board omitted.
The Issuer shall resubmit the Statement with the aforementioned data adjusted and make it public via the ESPI system.
Data provided for the period of the 1Q 2022 remain unchanged.
The Issuer informs that the adjustment made does not affect other information and financial data included in the consolidated interim report for Q1 2022.
The report was prepared pursuant to: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623).
