The Management Board of TOYA S.A. (“the Company”), with a view to providing shareholders with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the submitted application prior to the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, announces that on 16 June 2017, the Company received from the Company Shareholder Tomasz Koprowski information about his candidacy for the Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The above announcement was made in connection with the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 29 June 2017, which was notified by the Company on 1 June 2017 in the current report no 20/2017.
Attached to this report, the Company presents the application, consent to the selection of the above mentioned candidate and the curriculum vitae of the candidate.
