TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer) announces the interim report publication dates in the financial year 2022:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for Q1 2022 – 11 May 2022
Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for Q3 2022 – 7 November 2022
2. Consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group for 1H 2022 – 25 August 2022
3. Consolidated annual report of TOYA S.A. Group and standalone annual report of TOYA S.A. for 2021 – 24 March 2022.
The Issuer announces that pursuant to § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws, item 757) (“Regulation”) it shall not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and standalone half-year report. Consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group shall contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and half-year condensed financial statements together with a report of an audit firm reviewing or auditing these statements.
Moreover, the Issuer shall not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022 pursuant to the provisions of § 79 section 2 of the Regulation.
All interim reports will be placed on the Issuer’s website under the Investor Relations / Interim Reports tab.
