The Management Board of TOYA S.A. provides in the form of appendix the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of general number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 2 September 2019 along with the specification of the number of votes entitled to each of them under the shares held and specification of the percentage share in the number of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and in the total number of votes.
