Publication dates of TOYA S.A. interim reports in the financial year 2025

TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Issuer”) announces the publication dates of interim reports in the financial year 2025:

  1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
  • Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group S.A. for Q1 2025 – 8 May 2025.
  • Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group S.A. for Q3 2025 – 6 November 2025.
  1. Consolidated semi-annual report of TOYA Group S.A. for H1 2025 – 13 August 2025.
  2. Consolidated annual report of TOYA S.A. Group and separate annual report of TOYA S.A. for 2024 –  27 March 2025

The Issuer notifies you that, pursuant to § 62 (1)(3) of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for the recognition of information required in accordance with the law of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws, item 757). ("the Regulation"), it will not publish separate individual quarterly reports and an individual semi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report of TOYA S.A. Group will include quarterly financial information and semi-annual abbreviated financial statements, respectively, together with the report of the auditing firm on the review or audit of these statements.

Furthermore, the Issuer will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2024 and the second quarter of 2025 in accordance with the regulation of § 79 (2) of the Regulation.

All interim reports will be posted on the Issuer's website under For Investors/Financial Reports.
