TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the: Issuer) announces the publication dates of interim reports in the financial year 2023:
- Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group S.A. for Q1 2023 – 11 May 2023.
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for Q3 2023 – 9 November 2023.
2. Consolidated semi-annual report of TOYA Group S.A. for H1 2023 – 24 August 2023.
3. Consolidated annual report of TOYA S.A. Group and standalone annual report of TOYA S.A. for 2022 – 23 March 2023.
The Issuer announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by the law of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws, item 757) (“Regulation”), it will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a standalone semi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report of TOYA S.A. Group will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and semi-annual condensed financial statements together with a report of an audit firm reviewing or auditing these statements.
Furthermore, the Issuer will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2022 and the second quarter of 2023 under the regulation of § 79 section 2 of the Regulation.
All interim reports will be published on the Issuer's website in the “For Investors/Interim Reports” tab.
