With reference to current report no. 13/2021 of 29 June 2021 regarding adoption of resolution by the Annual General Meeting of TOYA S.A. on payment of dividend for 2020, TOYA S.A. in Wrocław announces that the dividend shall be paid on 13 August 2021.
