The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby attaches a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 29 June 2023, together with the number of votes to which each of them is entitled under the shares held and an indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at this Annual General Meeting and in the total number of votes.
